Being open-plan in design, our contemporary-styled King Studios offer abundant space to spread out and make yourself at home. With no access steps and a generous bathroom with a walk-in shower, our King Studios are particularly popular with guests with accessibility concerns. Located upstairs in the main building, our 1 Bedroom Suites are set back a little from the water and wrap around our small private marina. Tasmanian blackwood, spacious living areas, roomy bathrooms, and a separate bedroom are all highlights here. Features: Suitable for a maximum of 3 people with one queen-sized bed and one single bed in the same bedroom Water views across the harbor (The Punt and The Beach) Spacious shared balcony, overlooking the marina and harbor Generously-sized living/dining area and bathroom Shower over bath Stairs to access The Shack is the most spacious of the suites and has an additional sofa bed, lovely views from the balcony and limited views from inside.

Conveniently located on the ground floor in our main building next to our restaurant, The Harbor is wheelchair accessible with grab rails and a shower chair in the bathroom. It does not have a harbor view and is priced accordingly. With picture-perfect views across our marina to Fishermans Wharf from the table and chairs just outside your door, The Harbor offers very good value.
