Rustic mountain retreat that sits on 70 acres in the heart of the beautiful Smoky Mountains and adjacent to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa offers the perfect location for a scenic mountain getaway. In addition, the resort provides convenient access to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions such as Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies and the Dollywood theme park.

Onsite amenities at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa include the 60,000-square-foot Wild Bear Falls water park (additional charges apply), two heated outdoor pools, an indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, full-service health spa, 24-hours fitness center, gift shops, and convenient store, playground, game room, pool table, table tennis, BBQ grills and picnic area and DVD rentals. Also, Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa offers dining options such as the Westgate Smokehouse Grill, Mason Jar Lounge, the Roaring Fork Snack Bar, and 24-hour Smoky Mountain Marketplace.

Accommodations at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa range from cozy Studios to spacious Two-Bedrooms Villas. In-room amenities include queen sleeper sofas, fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, separate living and/or dining areas, and cable televisions with a DVD player.  

One night's room and tax deposit are required at the time of booking. Full and final payment is due upon arrival. Must have valid ID and form of payment. A $50 USD credit card or $200 USD cash deposit is required at check-in for incidentals.

Resort Fee: $19.99 plus tax/ $22.54 tax included (per night)

Pet Policy: Dogs Welcome- Up to two dogs and up to 60lbs total weight combined are permitted. A mandatory, non-refundable Pet Cleaning Fee of 150.00 USD is required at check-in. Dog Friendly Policy:
Unless otherwise stated, most Westgate Resort locations are dog friendly. Please note that no other animal types
(such as cats, birds, etc.)1 are permitted on any Westgate Resort property and this policy is strictly enforced by
Resort Management and/or Resort Security for the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Emotional support animals
are not considered Service Animals under Westgate Resort’s Service Animal Policy (see below) or applicable law,
and are only permitted on Resort property to the extent they qualify under the Dog Friendly Policy.

1. For purposes of this policy, “Pet Dog” or “Pet Dogs” shall only refer to dogs which do not function or serve
as “Service Animals” (as defined in the Service Animal Policy set forth below).
2. Westgate Resorts will allow up to two Pet Dogs per room/suite. Other than Pet Dogs, no other type of
animal is permitted on Westgate Resorts property except with respect to Service Animals as provided in
the Service Animal Policy below.
