Ocean Reef Suites

The Ocean Reef Suites is a 36 room all-suite hotel located on 1130-36 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida. Meticulously restored in 2009, each room is set up for extended stays. Its spacious studios have a queen size bed, galley kitchen complete with a small refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster, cookware/dishes/utensils and a bathroom with tub or shower. The Suites have all of the amenities of the Studios, but also include a full size sofa bed and a dining area.

The design is minimalist with some modern accents. Each room features a 32" flat screen TV, an alarm clock, individually controlled air conditioning, telephone with free local calling, free wireless high-speed Internet access, iron and ironing board, microwave, tub or shower and daily housekeeping service.

The hotel has free Wireless High-Speed Internet Access available and local phone calls are complimentary. Valet parking is available for an additional fee of $25 a day. There is a small market and a business center/ Internet café on the ground floor.

Must be at least 21 years old to check in.

There is $100 refundable security deposit would be charged at check in.

Resort Fee: There is a Resort Fee of $22.81 + tax ($26.00 total), per night due at the time of check in. This includes transportation to Miami International Airport, beach towels, cribs (infant beds), concierge services, multilingual staff, In-room safe, Premium bedding, wake-up calls, housekeeping services, and extra towels and bedding.

IMPORTANT Guests must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply. A credit card deposit of $100.00 must be paid upon arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection. The credit card used for booking must be the same credit card presented for payment at check-in. Prepaid credit cards and/or gifts cards are not accepted as method of payment.
