Skiing, snowboarding, sledding, and snowshoeing are all available and highly enjoyable when you’re experiencing the light, fluffy snow that the Steamboat locals have dubbed “iconic.” For your convenience, complimentary winter shuttle service will transport you to and from Steamboat Mountain/Gondola Square (less than 3 miles from the resort), and then on out to Downtown Steamboat (only 1 mile away) for dinner or shopping. The area is also known for its hot mineral springs, there are pools and mineral baths located within a mile from the resort, and natural outdoor pools located nearby as well.
